Effective monitoring of borders plays a crucial role in preventing and disrupting human trafficking. To address this, NAN Nepal has established border monitoring booths at various Indo-Nepal borders. Staff members are to be stationed at these borders to inform and educate girls and women about the risks associated with trafficking. In cases of suspicion during inquiries, individuals are halted from crossing the border, and further investigations are conducted under the supervision of local law enforcement.
