Nawa Abhiyan Nepal successfully conducted a community orientation program on safe migration to raise awareness and promote informed decision-making among aspiring migrant workers in Biratnagar. The session was facilitated by Mr. Dhiraj Bhattarai from SaMi (Safe Migration Project).

The program highlighted the challenges people face during the migration process from preparation to working in destination countries and provided practical guidance on safe and legal migration procedures. Participants also learned about government services, legal support, and available assistance through embassies.

The interactive session helped empower community members with the knowledge needed to make safer choices and reduce risks of exploitation and trafficking.
